In Line

This day has not gone as expected. I was with a client until about 1 PM, and my phone was ringing off of the hook. According to my voicemails, there were already over 100 people in line at the Circuit City in Short Pump Towne Center. I drove to every store in the West End of Henrico County, and every store had more people in line than they were going to have PS3's to sell. There are people with tents!! I certainly wasn't planning on standing in line for over 40 hours to buy a PS3 for charity.

I have been lucky enough to find a store that had only 5 people in line. I am currently sitting on the ground, and am number 6. We've changed our plans, and will not be purchasing 2. Since we have to be in line for so long, we're going to trade out time in line and only purchase one game system, and auction that one off for Children's Inc.

Jason Cuttier will be taking my spot in line sometime after dinner tonight, but for now, I am sitting here, waiting for dinner.
